Mark Fleischmann
Mark has been in the Southern California business community for the past 34 years. Mark is currently the Chief Financial Officer of 4 companies as well as the owner operator of his own consulting company, MLF Consulting Group. He spent the first 12 years of his career as a member and partner of a CPA firm doing taxes, accounting, and bookkeeping. Mark left public accounting to go into private industry as a Chief Financial Officer. He considers himself a “swiss army knife of business”. His expertise covers all areas of business administration including, but not limited to accounting, bookkeeping, operations, human resources, information technology, and facilities management. Most of his days are spent coaching and mentoring various business owners and CEO’s. Mark lives in Stevenson Ranch with his wife Linda and has 2 grown kids.
Candace Hartshorn
Candace has been working bookkeeping and accounting for 15 years. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree from UCLA, she began working full time at an aerospace manufacturing company managing the accounting department. While working full time, Candace received her associate degree in accounting. Currently, Candace works for MLF Consulting Group providing bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll services for multiple industries including commercial real estate, digital content & video production, property rentals, mortgage brokerage & lending, restaurants, midwife & birthing center, automotive dismantling, flooring installation & repairs, clinical psychologist, and insurance. When she is not bookkeeping, Candace also teaches group fitness at local studio. Candace lives in Santa Clarita with her husband and twin daughters.
Anne Johnston
With a strong background in business operations and financial management, Anne brings over two decades of hands-on experience to her role as a bookkeeper. She has worn many hats throughout her career and even successfully ran her own small business for several years. This diverse experience gives her a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face and how to keep their financials organized, accurate, and stress-free. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and warm, approachable manner, Anne is passionate about helping clients gain clarity and confidence in their books so they can focus on what they do best.
When she’s not balancing books, you can find her spending time with her five grown children and six grandchildren, who are the pride and joy of her life. Anne lives in Charleston, S.C.
